Are you insured?
Yes. All businesses are required, by law, to carry Public Liability Insurance. This means if you trip over a cable and break your leg, you’ll be covered. We go further: we’re covered for goods worked on. This is expensive and few cleaning companies have this. For us and our client’s peace of mind, we are also covered for damage to your possesions.
What guarantee do you offer?
It’s quite simple: we offer you a full 14-day guarantee, so if any stains bleed back through the carpet upon drying, or if you’re not happy with any other aspect, we’ll return free of charge and re-clean it for you. If you’re still not happy, we’ll give you a full refund. You have 14 days to ensure that you are happy with our service. Our customers are very important to us and making you happy makes us happy.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Drying times depend on the carpet fibres and their construction, but on average most carpets are fully dry within 2 hours. This is thanks to the modern “state of the art” machines that we us. Our Jaguar 8.4 is as powerful as a diesel-motored machine and is the most advanced machine in the UK.
Is it true my carpets will get dirty quicker if they're cleaned?
That’s not really true. With the modern chemicals we use combined with a rinsing agent in the machine, there are no residues left over in the carpets to attract new dirt particles. Carpet cleaners that still use detergent-based cleaners can make your carpets dirty quicker due to all the detergent not being washed away, and in truth certain companies actually do this on purpose in order that you ask them back every six months.Â
